Kansas City True Crime Cases hosted by sisters Hether and Haley. Hether, an administrator with The Doe Network, has 12 years of experience volunteering with families of missing persons. A friend of Haley's stepson (who lived with them briefly while attending high school) was murdered in 2016. After his death, she founded “We Are His Voice” (now called “We Are Their Voice”), a call-to-action community group pursuing justice for Kansas City’s crime victims. The sisters discuss missing person and unsolved murder cases in the Kansas City area and include interviews with family members of the victim's when possible.

Eight young women were found murdered in Kansas City between 1980 and 1984. All of them were killed by ligature strangulation. All of them were found bound. All but 2 were found naked from the waist down. None of them had been raped.
The bound and strangled victims were 15-year-old Gwendolyn Kizine, 20-year-old Janice Moore, 17-year-old Sherrie Hall, 26-year-old Jacqueline Davis, 24-year-old Angela Oliver, 16-year-old Terri Allen, 26-year-old Cheryl Saunders, and 20-year-old Susan Green.
